    How to use the tire balancing machine

    1. Inflate the tire to the proper air pressure, remove the lead on the rim, remove the stones in the groove of the tire, and clean the rim.

    2. Install the balance shaft with the mounting surface of the tire facing inward, select the appropriate vertebral body, and lock the tire with the locking device (the vertebral body must be aligned with the center hole. Otherwise, the data may be inaccurate).

    3. Turn on the power of the balancing machine, pull out the ruler to measure the distance of the rim from the balancing machine, the width of the rim, the diameter of the rim, and input the measured data in turn.

    4. Press the start button, the balancing machine will start to rotate the tire, and the measurement will start. Be careful not to stand on the side of the tire to cause danger.

    5. The data measured by the balancing machine will stop automatically.

    6. Rotate the tire to the position light on one side of the balancing machine (the display mode is different for different models). At the highest point of the rim on the side of the full light, that is, at 12 o'clock, tap the corresponding gram of lead, and the other side is also like this.

    7. Repeat steps 4 and 4 until the balancer displays 0 (less than 5 grams, because there is no lead block below 5 grams, and the balancer does not display the unbalanced amount below 5 grams).
